Hey all,
Wow another fair show were we had to deal with bad weather. We started the day off with hot sun. Then the clouds rolled in. We paused for the downpour and getting the office back together. The wind scattered all the cards. Once we started it back up again then the lightening started playing across the sky. So back to pausing the show. Every time we started up the lightening would hit again. The judge decided it was best for all if we ended the show. Which was a good thing because what we did not know was a huge storm was coming. Later in the day they had to evaluate the fair grounds. Are we ever going to have a fair show that does not get rained on....

Hello ERSC ladies members:
It’s that time of year to decide if you would like to represent the Elk River Saddle Club in 2011 by running for our Royalty Contest. The application deadline date is postmarked by: August 10, 2010.
Please review the Elk River Saddle Club Royalty Contest Rules and Procedures to understand the contest and expectations. (Enclosed)
Royalty age groups are as of January 1st, 2011.
Queen 18 and over, Princess 11-17, Little Miss 10 and under.
The application is worth a total of 25 points per judge. You may include pictures. This is your chance to let the committee find out who you are. We want to get to know you, your horse and how the Elk River Saddle Club and WSCA fit's into your life.
